DanceFlex Portable Dance Floor

DANCEFLEX Portable Floors offer you a resilient, temporary flooring for dancing, sporting venues, exhibition stands, and many other situations requiring stylish, high performance surfaces.

Product Data
DANCEFLEX Portable Floor is manufactured from pre-finished 7/8 inch Beech Harmony, and supplied in sections, mounted with metal fittings for easy assembly. Sideways the sections have a complete tongue and groove match; endways they are stabilized by loose tongues.

Dimensions and Weight
Full Section: 6 feet x 20 1/2 inches – 30 pounds
Half Section: 3 feet x 20 1/2 inches – 15 pounds

Surface Treatment
Two coats of hard-wearing polyurethane lacquer have been applied to all surfaces and edges for added protection.

Installation
Each panel has a tongue along one side – the other 3 sides are grooved. Panels have been furnished with a universal fitting installed in the middle of the panel at the tongue side.

When laying the floor, the assembling will grip into the groove on the back of the adjacent panel and will hold the panels together in both directions. Finally, the loose tongue should be inserted at the end joint.

When the floor has been laid, place metalband around the panels, forming a strong and attractive frame around the surface. Use a rubber hammer to place the metalband in the right position.

Storage
When not in use, the flooring sections should be stacked in a horizontal position, separated by spacers, and stored in an area with the same climatic conditions as the area in which the floor is normally used. (Storage carts are available for purchase).

For more information about the DANCEFLEX floor, please contact Joe Caruso, the DANCEFLEX representative for Dance Vision at 1-800-851-2813 or email us at info@dancevision.com
